Govert Heikoop

Intergalactic Peripheral  2005

In association with Portland's international arts month, we proudly present our second solo exhibit for Dutch sculptor GOVERT HEIKOOP. Heikoop's internationally-known wood sculptures are particularly unique in design and construction. Connoting movement and life, his works are undulating continuous looping forms. The newest works for this exhibit are painted in a fluid, multi-colored manner echoing the visual quality of the wood, but elaborating on the flow of the piece.

Govert Heikoop's exhibits internationally and his work is in many notable public and private collections throughout the world.
