David Geiser continues to delight viewers at Butters Gallery with his signature organic, textural paintings where process and rendering collide and unite.
The newest paintings display a slight stylistic shift--possessing a more distinct clarity of space. Geiser continues to explore and expand his color arrangements, but always within the realm of natural occurrence--even those we may not encounter every day.
The opening reception is First Thursday, May 2, from 6-9 p.m.

From New York, gallery mainstay David Geiser makes mixed media paintings that are very physically present. Highly emotive, these works are replete with complex color arrangements that are compelling--whether a small "chunk" or a massive composition.
